Amazing service! Harry was the best and made sure I was taken care of after an unfortunate accident where a large tree branch fell on my car. The work and detailing was top notch and the staff was very communicative and helpful every step of the process. They included a life warranty as well for the work. Highly recommended if you are looking for a shop that excels in its craft and also works with integrity.

While we met under the unfortunate circumstances of my daughter's car accident, I am so grateful that I brought our car to Oscar's. They did an excellent job with the repairs, worked seamlessly with my insurance (despite not being one of their preferred repair shops), and worked much more quickly than I expected. They even assisted us in getting a rental while the work was being done. What will definitely have me coming back for any future service, though, is Harry. He was very helpful and communicative during the whole process and very patient with all my questions. He soothed my frayed nerves after a very harrowing day. I am so grateful for the service we received. Even though we had to choose an insurance-approved repair shop (we have an EV) the staff at Oscars, particularly George, could not have been more considerate and professional. They stored our car safely for four days as we waites for the insurance company to tow the car. Someone from Oscar's was always available to talk to us and keep us posted. Additionally, their tow truck driver, was also professional and helpful.

Oscar's is a local, indepedently-owned, small business in Chicago. I've used them for several years and the prices are always great. They recognize me when I call or come in, and are friendly and willing to go the extra mile to keep you happy. I was recently in an expensive accident, for the first time. My insurance told me to get an estimate at a big body shop I didn't know. The price was eye-watering. My company decided it was a total loss. However, we love our car and it has only 84,000 miles on it. I decided to bring it to Oscar's to see what they said. They gave us a much better price to fix it. Harry, the amazing owner, talked us through navigating the process of getting an insurance payout while keeping our car. Oscar's price was so good, we decided to repair the A/C compressor as well (needed fixing before the accident). I can't say enough great things about this shop. I'm a customer for life.

Really great place! Seamless insurance work, had FLAWLESS body work done a couple years ago. I live down the block and walk by the wrecks that get delivered here every day. They stay busy! I just had some work done that was a pain in the butt kind of thing my regular mechanic didn't want to touch, electrical water issue, and Harry got it done in the best way possible. I recommend anything you need done, use Oscar's.
